Cleaning Guide
Our learning resources are designed with your child’s safety in mind. The laminated whiteboards and materials we provide are non-toxic and safe for children to use. We recommend you clean the boards after every use to ensure the dry erase marker doesn't stain the laminate and allowing you long lasting use. All of our laminated worksheets are wipeable and can be easily cleaned with disinfectant wipes, alcohol wipes, nail varnish remover, or a wet wipe. Please ensure proper supervision of your child when using pens or cleaning products, and rest assured that all materials meet strict safety standards.
If you've accidentally used permanent marker on a board, unfortunately this is unlikely to come off, and as our product is advertised for use with dry wipe markers, we are unable to offer compensation. However our top tip is to try and use nail varnish remover or any other acetone based cleaner, which may get it off.
